The Big Dam Bridge: Located over the Murray Lock & Dam System, is the longest pedestrian and bicycle bridge built for that purpose, spanning the Arkansas River with 4,226 linear feet of bridge at 90 feet above the river it connects the two cities and the River Trail. Directions: Take I-40 to exit #148 heading south on Crystal Hill Rd. At the red light turn left onto North Shore Dr. At the four-way intersection turn right, following the sign to Cook’s Landing.
